About Us
Brush Bandit Land Management is being built on a foundation of hard work, a lifelong connection to the land, and a vision of creating a family business that can be passed down for generations.
Owner, Luke Shultz, is a third-generation cattle farmer who grew up working on his family's farm in Southeast Iowa. From an early age, he learned to operate equipment, maintain pastures, clear fence rows, create access lanes, and improve land for both agricultural and recreational use. Those experiences instilled a strong work ethic, practical problem-solving skills, and a deep respect for the land that continue to guide every project today.
Whether managing food plots, reclaiming overgrown pastures, clearing storm damage, or improving property access, Luke is committed to helping landowners maximize the value, productivity, and appearance of their property through reliable, professional service.
